The employee who helped me (I think his name was Thomas) gave me several different shoes to try on and walk  around in after we agreed on the correct shoe size for me. He also came back to check on me several times to see how I was doing despite his being busy with other customers. I found the whole experience to be fun and professional, and I would recommend this shoe store to anyone looking for quality running shoes at a place that has well trained staff members.

I’ve gotten to know several employees and everyone has been super helpful. This year, I experienced a concussion in February. and I’ve been in isolation for most of the year. I feared going back out in public because I tend to be very slow and or people can get impatient with my TBI symptoms. Mia was so helpful and so patient. I almost feel bad that she had to help me.
Our interaction was very friendly and pleasant. She took the time to help me find the right shoe. I decided on a pair, and when I tried them on after I bought them, they seemed like they were a bit slippery. I did not want to find out on wet surface, so she offered to help me exchange them and find a new pair. Boxes fell over and she did not lose her composure. She was very professional, courteous, and kind. but what stood out the most was her patience. Thank you, Mia. I can’t wait to run into you and say thanks again. Living life with TBI is not fun, but people like you make it easier for those with invisible disabilities, feel very comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much
